Dr. Jamar D. Smith is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (FAAOMPT). He is also a Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist, Dry Needling Certified, and a Certified Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapist. Dr. Smith’s dedication to health and fitness is reflected in both his personal lifestyle and his professional achievements.

A proud graduate of Howard University, Dr. Smith founded KinoFit Physical Therapy, PLLC, in 2013. KinoFit’s mission is to help patients restore their function by utilizing evidence-based rehabilitation practices. Dr. Smith firmly believes that functional limitations should never be a barrier to fitness or an excuse to avoid exercise.

Born and raised in Orlando, FL, Dr. Smith was an All-Star athlete who endured some of the most rigorous fitness training and testing.
